Returns and Delivery
It’s simple. Your happiness is our goal. We love our bags and hope you do too. We also know that our bags aren’t for everyone and manufacturing problems can arise from time to time.
If you have a problem with your bag or would like to return it, take a photo of the problem and your sales receipt, then e-mail Lisa Burns directly at email@example.com.
In the e-mail please include where and when you purchased the bag and describe the problem that you are having. Be sure to include your name and phone number.
We send our bags from our Tualatin, Oregon warehouse using FedEx, UPS and USPS.
All orders are sent ground shipping unless expedited or international shipping is requested. To request special shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate your target for delivery.
We ship your order within 3-5 business days of payment. All orders shipped within the US should be received within a week of payment. International orders can take up to two weeks to be received. If you haven’t received your order during these timelines, please contact email@example.com.
